Installation
After
the final specifications of your benefit plan have been
approved by you, a team of National Associates staff members
coordinates the smooth implementation of your new or revised
benefit plan. Our services on your behalf include:
- Cooperate
in preparing necessary documents to assure you of full
compliance with all current legal requirements.
- Create
and implement a communications system that will disseminate
benefit plan information to you and your employees so
as to promote your employees' appreciation of the plan.
- Prepare
and distribute summary plan descriptions and individual
illustrations of benefit, and acquaint employees with
the benefits of the plan through group or individual meetings.
- Prepare
reports required by governmental agencies and assist in
securing all approvals of the Internal Revenue Service
and other governmental agencies. These activities are
designed to relieve you and your staff of the obligations
of preparing and filing the appropriate regulatory papers
and forms.
