Administration
and Communication
After
the plan has been installed, you will be assigned an administrative
team which is responsible for providing your company with
ongoing plan servicing and supervision. In order to assure
the continuing success and efficient operation of your
plan with the least time and effort on your part, we:
- Prepare
annual valuations to ascertain that the plan is meeting
both its financial obligations and the Company's financial
objectives.
- Provide
record keeping and annual administrative services, including
individual benefit statements, for all types of benefit
plans, thus giving the Company and plan participants up-to-date
status of the plan.
- Prepare
the required data and reports for your auditors, the Internal
Revenue Service and other regulatory agencies, so that
your staff is not burdened with these reporting responsibilities.
- Handle
benefit distributions in the event of a participating
employee's death, disability, retirement or termination.
- Design
and prepare comprehensive employee benefit statements
and other employee communicative programs so as to achieve
better understanding and appreciation by your employees
of your benefit plans.
